I didn't think it was too confusing. The winners in the team challenge picks the nominees. then the winner of the individual challenge picks from the nominees to go up for elimination. If a nominee wins the individual challenge, they can pick anyone he/she wants.

So Natalie and John are in the infeno but I know John will be gone for awhile and I can't really hold the game that long. So all natalie has to do is post here to show shes active then we will move on with the next team challenge, Which I would like to post tonight. If anyone has questions please feel free to ask.
